Library help is at hand

HAMPTON residents who are unable to visit the township's library are being invited to take advantage of a scheme to encourage more people to use the facility.

HAMPTON residents who are unable to visit the township's library are being invited to take advantage of a scheme to encourage more people to use the facility.The Library Link Scheme has been started to help elderly or disabled residents take advantage of the wide range of books, CDs and other resources that are available at Hampton Library.

The scheme sees a volunteer visit the library once a month for residents who are unable to access the facility, to select books and other items, and then deliver the books to the resident.
