ANNE Corder Recruitment's "dedication and professionalism" has earned the independent agency a renewal of the industry's highest audited award.Chief executive of the regulatory body the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Kevin Green dropped into the agency's office in Park Road, Peterborough to officially present the certificate.

The REC's audit verifies that the agency's policies and procedures are in accordance with the necessary acts, regulations and codes of practices. It "acknowledges the dedication and professionalism that staff deliver which ensures these stringent standards of compliance are met on a daily basis."

The audit award is an assurance for clients and candidates that the agency is fully compliant, trustworthy and professional. ACR was one of the first agencies to apply for - and be awarded - the audit when it was introduced and is proud to have retained it ever since.

Presenting the certificate, valid for two years, Kevin said: "It is critical that first rate recruiters like Anne Corder Recruitment demonstrate their commitment to professionalism and standards by achieving REC audited - the gold award for the recruitment industry."

ACR recruitment partner Karen Dykes, who led the firm through the audit, said: "I am delighted that we have had our REC audit renewed. It gives everyone we deal with the assurance that they are getting the very best service from us."
