Free CLAIT / Life skills courses - Improving IT skills. Best Deal for Baby is a community interest company. It is running free CLAIT courses starting in February 2010 with different levels working up to an NVQ level 3. your space, call 01733 311038.

Investors in the Environment (IiE) - Low cost high value environmental accreditation.

IiE is a not-for-profit service for businesses to receive environmental accreditation for reducing their environmental impact. For more information, call Kim on 01733 866436.

The Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) - Understanding the Opportunity for Eco Innovation - Interactive Workshop, Friday. January 22 2010, 09:30am - 4pm. In April 2010, the UK CRC legislation will require more than 5,000 organisations and companies to fully disclose their energy use, and require another 15,000 to begin collecting baseline data. This means that these organisations will have to focus even more on managing and reducing their energy usage.
