The team is made up of carefully selected and trained specialists that can deliver a discreet, prompt, efficient and professional service to any incoming call. Receiving more than 2,500 calls per day, the team also make outbound calls to customers averaging 700 per day, striving to deliver all orders within 24 hours.
All members of the team are aware of the vision and ethos regarding customer care and communicate this through regular updates and meetings. They all strongly believe in and adhere to the company's mission statement of "making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs".
This has assisted the team in being successful in exceeding all objectives and service level agreements this year.
