A CITY mum reeling from a string of bad breaks will provide a morale boost for fighter pilots heading to the most dangerous war-zones in the world – after being picked as the forces pin up.Sexy Susie Hutson (30) has been selected as RAF Wittering's official "sweetheart" after winning a place on a calendar to raise money for the charity Help For Heroes.

The mum-of-one from Westlake Avenue, Hampton Vale, Peterborough, is currently battling to win a 50,000 modelling contract to become the face of lingerie firm Wickedelic.

She only started modelling less than a year ago, after wanting to spark a turnaround in her life.

Susie said: "I have had a lot of bad luck over the last few years – I was left on my own when I was pregnant with Josh, and then was made redundant a week before I was due to have him. I was really down, so this year I decided I had to make a change. I thought about modelling, but everyone said I was too old.

"That made me even more determined to succeed, and I got a job at the modified car show at the East of England Showground.

"I then saw the competition to become the face of Wickedelic, and when I found out I had been shortlisted, I could not believe it. More than 800 girls applied, so it is a real achievement to get this far. I just need people to vote for me now."

Susie will now appear on the sexy calendar with the other Wickedelic finalists, before one of the final 12 will win the contract, with the winner being decided on a public vote.

Meanwhile, having been picked as the pin-up at Wittering, Susie will now be on base when troops leave for service abroad, and will also be at the base to greet them when they return from their missions.

Today she said: "I thought that because the calendar will be raising money for Help For Heroes, I should do a bit more to help the forces. They all do such an amazing job, so I contacted the base.

"They said they would love me to get involved. I hope I will also be able to raise plenty of money for charity in the role as well.

"It is a real honour to be selected for the role, and I am looking forward to meeting the troops."
