Southorpe Meadow and Paddock

Green spaces: A small, wildflower-rich hay meadow. Nature’s show starts in spring with cowslips, and in early summer in the damper furrows are adder’s-tongue ferns.

In the wetter parts of the fields in late summer meadowsweet can be found, along with water mint.

WHERE: The meadow and paddock are nine miles from Peterborough.

From the A1, take A47 towards Peterborough, after one mile take the road signposted to Southorpe. The paddock is one and a half miles on the right.
