THE latest survey of people sleeping rough in Peterborough counted three homeless individuals.The informal count, conducted by housing options staff from Peterborough City Council, checked known hotspots on the night of September 11.
In the previous count on May 15, 13 people were found to be homeless, prompting the formation of a Rough Sleeper Action Group.
