Khan admitted breaking an 'emergency prohibition order' imposed in September 2006 which restricted the flat to just one occupier.

The property was a ground-floor flat behind a hairdressing salon in Searjeant Street, Millfield, Peterborough, consisting of kitchen, small living room, single bedroom containing shower cubicle and toilet off the kitchen for which Khan was charging 80 per week rent.

The flat is one of four in the building.
