Baby show to boost hospital funds

EXPECTANT mums and new parents can find out everything they need to know about the services and products available for them and their babies at Peterborough Maternity Unit's Baby Show.

EXPECTANT mums and new parents can find out everything they need to know about the services and products available for them and their babies at Peterborough Maternity Unit's Baby Show.The event is being held in the nurses’ recreation hall on Saturday, September 13 to raise money to fund the hospital’s breast feeding counsellor service and parent class.

The show is bringing together companies and suppliers that specialise in products and innovations for babies and new parents.

Every exhibitor will be donating prizes for a raffle which is included in the ticket price.

Infant feeding facilitator and show organiser Angela Chalmers said: “The Baby Show is the ideal occasion for parents to find out about new and exciting products and innovations to make their baby’s first few months even more special.

“We’re looking forward to a fun day and with everything from baby massage stalls to information stands, there really will be something for every parent.”
