Emergency services called after man falls on scaffolding near Peterborough United ground

The emergency services were called to Hawksbill Way by the Peterborough United ground after a man in his 20s had fallen on top of some scaffolding.

The East of England Ambulance Service was called at 9am this morning (Wednesday, September 9).

An ambulance, two Hazardous Area Response Team vehicles, a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance officer, as well as Magpas Helimedix, attended.

The man was treated with suspected ankle pain and discharged from the scene.
