League table performance defended

The proportion of pupils achieving at least five A* to C grades including maths and English at the specialist in media arts, based in Mountsteven Avenue, Walton, was 32 per cent in August 2011.

“This represents one of the greatest continuous improvements of any school in the city and our results are expected to improve again this year.
She added: “We recognise that now is the time to build on this improvement and I have outlined a three year development plan to continue this forward momentum.
“Our aim at The Voyager Academy is to provide a rich educational experience for our students and offer something unique that is not available elsewhere in the city,” adding their “particularly excel” in media arts provision.

Friday, January 27, 2012 at 08:15 PMGCSE papers are marked externally. The reason these papers are not marked by the teachers is to ensure they're marked impartially. What's your point ?
