Actor Warwick Davis, star of the big and small screen, visited Fourfields Primary School in Yaxley to open the venue’s new library on Friday (28 September).
The star of films Willow, the Star Wars franchise as well as the recent TV sitcom Life’s Too Short, who lives in area, spoke to youngsters at the school before the building was opened.
Mr Davis, said: “Although this building may look simple from the outside, inside it is a treasure trove.
“It contains excitement, adventure, laughter, humour and inspiration.
“Reading is inspirational, it helps you with so many things in life.”
