Norovirus outbreak forces school closure

AN OUTBREAK of the norovirus has forced a special school in Spalding to shut for at least three days.

A portion of students and staff at the Garth School, in Pinchbeck Road, were struck down with the winter vomiting bug over the weekend.

The school has been closed for a “deep clean” and expects to re-open on Thursday.
