Man arrested in connection with internet video showing alleged racist incident
Police have arrested a man in connection with a video circulating on the internet which shows an incident involving a man in Peterborough.
A 30-year-old man from Peterborough has been arrested and charged with racial common assault, common assault, a public order offence, a racially aggravated public order offence and careless driving.
He is due to appear in court on Monday.
