Thursday 9.15am: Police are appealing for information after receiving reports of a suspicious incident at a swimming pool in March.

The incident took place at the George Campbell Leisure Centre in City Road, March, between 11.30am and 12.45pm on Sunday, December 7.

The 15-year-old victim from March had been swimming at the centre and was in the men’s changing rooms when a man, described as being 25 to 40 years old, of medium build with short brown hair, approached him and made comments of a sexual nature.

Detective Constable Rachel Weeks said: “The victim is shocked and embarrassed by what happened so I would urge anyone who may have information to contact police.

“I am keen to speak to the man in the CCTV images as I believe he has important information about what happened.”
