Hundreds of vacancies on offer for job seekers in Peterborough

About 350 jobs and 100 apprenticeships will be on offer at a jobs show in Peterborough.

The free to enter event will be held at the Serpentine Green Shopping Centre in Hampton.

We are confident the Job Show Peterborough will have something for eveyone.

Career openings from banking, health to sales will feature at the event which gathers leading employers, training providers, universities, colleges, and organisations.

Victoria Clarke, director of the Job Show said; “We’re delighted to have so many job opportunities on offer from top recruiters in Cambridgeshire.

“This event is ideal for those already employed, looking to improve their career prospects, train for a new career or for young people seeking apprenticeships.

Exhibitors include the event sponsors Nationwide Building Society plus Bauer Media, Motorpoint, RGE Engineering, The Indesit Company, Coloplast, Premier Inn, Monsoon, Amway, City College Peterborough,

Also present will be New College, 3’As Apprenticeships, Banya Fostering, Alzheimers Society, the Army and much more.

Jobs on offer include customer representatives, personal banking managers, customer service advisers, team leaders, advertising sales, design engineer, weekend maintenance engineer, receptionist, sales support, housekeepers, assistant hotel manager, chefs, part time sales assistants, health and social care, foster care, armed forces, apprenticeships and training as well as CV advice.

It takes place on Thursday from 12.30pm to 6pm and will be declared open by the Mayor of Peterborough Councillor David Old.
