Fusion is the call centre operation of the BGL Group, one of the largest personal lines insurance brokers and employs more than 1,100 people throughout its four call centres in the UK, 340 of whom are employed at the Bretton site.
The contact centre handles all sales, service, renewals and customer relations calls for their own BGL brands and its partners such as HSBC, the Post Office and Marks and Spencer.
In 2009, Fusion implemented its Universal Advisor Initiative and has delivered more than 6,000 hours of training given to multi-skill 90 per cent of its employees.
Fusion believes that heavy investment in training secures maximum retention of staff, ensuring a stronger business in the long term.
