Liz gets debut novel published
LIKE many people, Liz Clancey had always dreamed of writing a novel and having it published.
The 53-year-old, from Orton Malborne, has had her book Senor Ramon, a “improved version of a standard romance”, published by Spinetinglers Publishing and it is available from Amazon and WHSmith.
She is also hoping her debut book will help turn her writing hobby into a full-time occupation.
She said: “It’s the first novel I’ve ever written and I’ve wanted to do it for 20 years, but I was always quite busy. It started as a hobby and partly because I couldn’t get a job.
“It seemed a bit of a pipe dream. I never usually finish anything I start but hopefully it will take off.”
