At the event, which starts at 6.30pm at the Ramada Hotel, Thorpe Meadows, Peterborough, key speaker Nick Strong, managing director of Franweb, will discuss how to engage with customers effectively in the new age of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and the like.

This is described as a must-have session, offering free highly valuable tips on how to win more referrals and keep the business you already have.

“The web and social media, in particular, has brought an empowerment to society which is the power to publish and to reach hundreds and in some cases thousands and even millions of people with our views within seconds. Business is accountable to its customers like never before.”
