Wood chipping fire is arson

TWO tonnes of wood chipping are believed to have set on fire deliberately.
Firefighters from Dosgthorpe and Market Deeping were called to the fire at Nine Bridges, on the A15 Lincoln Road, Glinton, at around 6.39pm on Thursday.

Firefighters arrived to find about two tonnes of wood chipping, which was well alight on the verge.

They used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to base by 7.16pm. The cause of the fire was deliberate.
