FIREFIGHTERS helped mount a rescue operation after a woman and her two dogs fell into a stream yesterday.
The woman, who was believed to be disabled, was walking her dogs when all three plunged into the water running alongside the A15 in Glinton, near Peterborough.

It is thought she and one of the dogs scrambled out, but a fire crew from Dogsthorpe was called to pull out the other animal.
