Wards reopened after vomit bug

HEALTH chiefs have reopened two wards at Peterborough's Edith Cavell hospital
Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have opened wards 6 and 8 after they were specially cleaned after a number of patients contracted diarrhoea and vomiting.

A third ward is expected to reopen later today.

A ward at Stamford Hospital remains closed.
