A VILLAGE'S only pub has gone up for sale.
The Green Man in Colne, near Huntingdon, will cost potential landlords an initial £49,000 to buy the lease, with annual rent costing an extra £32,000.

The Grade Two listed building, in East Street, includes a 50-capacity restaurant, a beer garden and a two-bedroomed flat for the owners upstairs.
