ARE you disabled and want to try sailing? Do you know anyone who is disabled and might like to experience sailing? Then Peterborough Sailability at Lakeside Leisure in Ferry Meadows would like to hear from you.
The new season began in April supported by trained and enthusiastic helpers.

Specially adapted Challenger Trimarans are available and with supervision by qualified instructors, solo sailing could be possible after a few weeks.

Sailability, in its second year at Ferry Meadows, is an expansion of the extremely successful programme that has run for 11 years at Rutland Water.

They sail every Tuesday between 2pm and early evening (except in extreme weather). All safety equipment is provided.

They rely on charitable donations through Rotary, but in order to offset costs there is a charge of £3 per session.

n Everyone is welcome to come and watch but if you want to sail it is essential to e-mail or call to check availability: e-mail sailrotary@btinter net.com, or call 07720 410452
