A HOSPITAL trust in the county is being rebranded.
Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust (PCT) will now become NHS Cambridgeshire.

The move follows a national consultation exercise with PCTs and other stakeholders which has resulted in PCTs being able to choose how to present themselves.

Chief executive of the trust Chris Banks said: “This rebranding will better reflect our increasing role as a local leader of the NHS, as well as help raise awareness of who we are and what we do.

“Our legal name will remain Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust but for all intents and purposes we will be known as NHS Cambridgeshire.”

n Their new website address is www.cambridgeshire.nhs. uk
