Police team out to meet residents

RESIDENTS in the east of the city have a chance to meet their local neighbourhood police team along with representatives of the council, councillors, Cross Keys Homes and the Greater Dogsthorpe Partnership.
The police are hosting their latest multi-agency street surgeries on Monday. They will be travelling to the following locations.

n From 9am to 10am they will be on the corner of Huntly Grove and Granville St junction, Park ward before moving to;

n Chestnut Avenue and Western Avenue junction in Dogsthorpe at 10.15am for an hour.

n They will then move to Somerby Garth, Welland from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, before finishing at 1.45pm until 2.45pm at;

n Heather Avenue, in New England.

Police community support officer Tina Laughton said: “We will be knocking on doors in the area and hope to meet as many residents as possible, and address any concerns they may have.”
