Pedestrian critical after collision

A MAN remains critical in hospital 12 days after a collision on Peterborough's Lincoln Road,
The man was injured on Saturday, August 16 at 10.30pm outside the Triangle pub on Lincoln Road when he was in collision with a silver Honda Accord.

The pedestrian was taken to Peterborough District Hospital and is now critical in Glenfield Hospital in Leicestershire.

Detective Inspector Jon McAdam said: "We believe that two women who were in the area at the time came to the aid of the pedestrian who was knocked down.

"There was another car which drove past the incident around the time that it happened and we would like to speak to any occupants who may be able to help with the investigation."
