A WOMAN had her mobile phone snatched from her hand as she walked through a shopping centre in broad daylight.
The 22-year-old was pushing a child in a buggy at about 5.45pm on Tuesday, May 13 at the Chadburn Centre, Paston when she heard a group of youths laughing behind her.

She took her phone out to make a call and one of the group ran up and snatched it.

She then saw the three teenage boys run off. They were all wearing dark clothing.

Pc Nicola Murphy, investigating, said : “The area would have been fairly busy around this time, and we would like to hear from anyone who may have seen this incident take place.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who thinks they may have seen the youths running away.”

nAnyone with any information can call the Crime Management Unit at Thorpe Wood police station on 0845 4564 564.
