Man threatens Jobcentre staff with axe

4.20pm: A man has been arrested after threatening staff at Spalding's Jobcentre with an axe.
A 35-year-old from Whaplode was arrested after the incident in Westlode Street just before 11am this morning.

He is expected to be charged later today.

It is alleged the man pulled out an axe and smashed it into a workstation.
