Learn about aromatherapy
Fed up of taking lotions and potions for aches and pains? Then help is at hand.
Peterborough College of Adult Education is running a one-day Saturday session to help people find out more about alternative solutions for everyday ailments: Aromatherapy for Common Health Problems.
The session runs on the June 7 between 10am and 4pm and costs £28.
Market development manager at the college Jackie Hall said: “Many doctors and health practitioners nowadays refer patients to alternative therapies to aid their recovery.
“Aromatherapy and essential oils have been used as far back as the Egyptians in 3,500 BC.
“This course will help people understand the benefits of the different oils and how they should be used.”
