YOUNGSTERS in drug and alcohol re-settlement training in Peterborough will host a soccer tournament to promote the Kick Racism Out Of Football message at Peterborough Embankment, on Tuesday October 30, from 11am to 2.30pm.
Other "youth offending" teams from Newham, Bedford, Cambridge and Milton Keynes will compete for a trophy and Peterborough United player Aaron Mclean will make a guest appearance.

Drinksense, NACRO and Bridgegate will also attend to discuss drink and drug abuse issues with the youngsters.

Head of the youth offending service Bob Footer said: "These soccer tournaments provide an opportunity for youngsters from a wide range of cultures to build bridges so that they understand and appreciate their differences."

DART sports officer Wayne Stainsby added: "Our first soccer tournament a year ago aimed to encourage youngsters who have dropped out of education and employment to develop positive lifestyle goals."
