SHOPPERS had a lucky escape when an out-of-control car smashed into the front of a supermarket.
Two customers were just inside the Premier Supermarket, in Oak Tree Drive, Huntingdon, when the Kia-make car crashed through the window.

Police say a man has been reported for driving without due care and attention after the incident at 10.30am yesterday.

Shop owner Daljit Sidhu said: "I think there were only two people in the shop and nobody was in that corner of the building which was very lucky."

"Out of control car"; I don't think so. Try out of control driver. Lucky that no-one was injured.
