BREAKING NEWS 8.15AM: SPECIALLY-trained police officers will this morning carry out a detailed search of the scene where a man's body was found close to the A47 between Wisbech and Guyhirn.
A Home Office pathologist carried out a post mortem examination on the man's body yesterday but the cause of death remains a mystery.

Police say they are are keeping "an open-mind" about the circumstances of the find as the post mortem showed the cause of death as "unascertained".

Police say they are talking to officers in neighbouring counties in a bid to identify the man whose body was found in bushes at a layby on Wednesday afternoon.

No formal identification has yet been made and it is not yet known how long the body has been there.

More in Friday's Evening Telegraph.
