FORMER Eastenders star Craig Fairbrass has been accused of speeding at 110mph on the A1(M) outside Peterborough.
The 46-year-old actor, who played the part of Dan Sullivan in the soap and has also starred opposite Sylvester Stallone in the film Cliffhanger, was summonsed to appear before city magistrates on Friday but did not attend because of “charity commitments”.

Fairbrass, who lives in Chislehurst, in Kent, is alleged to have been caught speeding in his BMW 6 Series on a stretch of the motorway near Sawtry.

His lawyer, Mohammed Hussain, appeared on his behalf but did not enter a plea. The hearing was adjourned until August 7.
