Current form: I have been watching Posh regularly ever since my cousin took me to a home game against Coventry in the 1963-64 season.
I remember Peter Thompson scoring an incredible goal and I was hooked immediately.

I've been going ever since and we used to have a lot of fundraising events for the club down at our farm in Turves.

I can clearly remember the club desperately t
rying to get hold of the cash for new floodlights at one time. They were £90 each and I managed to buy three of them for the ground.

I also used to do some Hot-Rod racing in my younger days. I had five cars and we raced as the Posh Racing Team.

The greatest game I have ever been to was away at Chelsea during our great FA Cup run in 1965.

It was a brilliant day and seeing Vic Crowe score was unforgettable even if we did get beaten.

Obviously it is great to be watching a good Posh team at the moment, but the only disappointment for me are the knockers who keep having a dig at Barry Fry.

There would be no club if it wasn't for him. He begged and borrowed when we had no money and now people don't like the fact he has some money in the bank from selling.

Pre match: I am a creature of habit and I always like to be at London Road nice and early. I've not missed a kick-off in more than 40 years and it would be a disaster if it happened.

I usually go shopping with my daughter on a Saturday morning before popping home, picking up my sarnies and flask, and getting down to the ground.

I like to get parked in the same spot and then have my lunch while I read The Evening Telegraph. I sometimes pop in the Posh Venue for a drink, but didn't before this game.

I once left a game early as well and missed a goal, so I never did that again either!

First half: Bury sat quite deep like most teams who come to London Road now. They had some good defenders and the midfield were deep which means there is a lot of players to have to break down.

But Bury had some chances as well and if it hadn't been for our goalkeeper we would have gone behind.

I said to Wally who sits next to me, that wouldn't have been a bad thing – it would have made us buck our ideas up.

I honestly thought at half-time that I would be going home with a long face.

Second halF: We played a fair bit better in the second half after Micah Hyde came on.

We got the goal and then our keeper made another couple of very good saves. What strikes me is how much our defence has tightened up in the last few weeks.

"We were so poor in that area earlier in the season and were always playing catch-up, but that doesn't happen anymore. Claude Gnakpa was particularly good and it is nice to see him doing well because he has had one or two bad games for us.

Atmosphere: I thought it sounded a bit quiet at times in the first half.
