YOUNG Peterborough rockers Black Market Thieves want your help to get them on a bill for a tribute concert at the legendary Cambridge Corn Exchange venue.
The band are in the running for the show in front of 1,000 people in January 2009.

They have been picked amongst a number of Cambridgeshire bands which people can now vote for.

Next year's concert is in memory of Ramsey musician Tom Jones, who was killed in a road accident in 2005, aged 17.

Black Market Thieves were good friends with Tom, who played in the popular band Inkus.

The bands are chosen by a panel of seven, made up of music fans, friends and family of Tom Jones and music promoters FMS promotions.

Over the last three years, FMS has raised close to £5,000 for different charities, and much of the money has been raised at the annual Teenage Kicks events at Cambridge Corn Exchange.

Seven bands will get to play at the Cambridge Corn Exchange with a full PA and lights crew, plus a professional photo shoot of each band.
