PROG icons Jethro Tull are marking their 40th anniversary as a band with a mammoth UK tour, which takes in the Broadway Theatre tonight.
Tickets have done a brisk trade for the popular outfit, but there are still some seats left.

Featuring original members, the band will also be welcoming special guests on stage, as Tull leading light Ian Anderson honours past members, friends and musicians.

As well as performing a Tull song or two, the mystery guests may also be performing a song of their own.

Anderson launched the tour as an opportunity to thank Tull fans for four decades off support with a bumper show which aims to be a comprehensive trip through the band's rich and varied history.

Much of the show will focus on the first three Tull albums, performing early favourites such as Serenade To A Cuckoo, My Sunday Feeling, Living In The Past, Bouree, A Song For Jeffrey and A New Day Yesterday, alongside brand new material.

Tickets for Jethro Tull are available now, priced £27.50, on 01733 316100 or at www.thebroadwaytheatre.co.uk
