A FULL scale version of the hit musical Little Shop of Horrors is one of the early highlights of this autumn's events programmes at the Cresset theatre.
The theatre's arts development team is delighted to announce that it will be staging the hit musical at the Cresset from September 10 to 13.

The show is about an nerdy young florist's assistant who cultivates a plant that feeds on human blood and
flesh.

And when the plant starts to attract attention, the shop becomes an overnight sensation.

Tickets cost £10 for adults and £7 concessions. For groups of 10 or more, ticket prices drop to £6 each. Book now on 01733 265705 for the 7.30pm shows.

A week later the Cresset, in Bretton, Peterborough, hosts a wedding show on September 21.

It will exhibit everything you could need to create the wedding of your dreams and make your big day go without a hitch.

Exhibitors provide everything from gowns to cars, rings to photography, tiaras to suit hire and much more.

A highlight is sure to be the professionally choreographed fashion shows at noon and 2.30pm. Doors are open from 10am to 4pm, and entry is free.

Rock fans have two great gigs to chose from. Enter Shikari play on October 10 and Feeder on November 28.

Advance tickets for Enter Shikari cost £16.50 and ones for Feeder are £22.50.

Towards the end of the year singing sensation Zucchero is to stage a pre-Christmas treat that will delight fans.

The rock singer, who famously took part in the Live 8 concerts in both Rome and Paris in 2005, will perform at the Bretton venue on December 1.

Zucchero's real name is Adelmo Fornaciari, but the world knows him by his nickname – which is the Italian word for "sugar".

Zucchero has also worked with the late, great Pavarotti. The pair devised the concept of the "Pavarotti and Friends" charity gala. It became an annual event until Pavarotti's death in September, last year.
