Showcase of city photographer's work
THE creative talents of some of the city's photographers will be showcased at a new exhibition at the Space4 Gallery, until March 8.
THE creative talents of some of the city's photographers will be showcased at a new exhibition at the Space4 Gallery, until March 8.Located at Peterborough Museum, in Priestgate, Peterborough, the gallery will host an exhibition featuring the work of the members of Peterborough Photgraphic Society.
Founded in 1887, the society stages an annual exhibition at the city centre gallery, which this year will run until Saturday, March 8.
"This exhibition is an exciting opportunity to showcase the creative talents of Peterborough's photographers, especially those who have not exhibited before," said president of Peterborough Photographic Society Janice Jones.
"This year, it comprises of 270 prints and 168 projected images from 29 members.
"Peterborough Photographic Society is a friendly and welcoming society that provides the opportunity for people to get help and advice from more experienced photographers."
Admission to the exhibition is free.
Opening times will be from 10am to 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday, and from noon until 4pm on Sunday.
