Disney magic at studio’s half term workshop
A SPRINKLING of Disney magic is promised for youngsters when a performing arts studios in the city holds a Sleeping Beauty workshop this half term.
Tu Danse Studios, in Newark Road, is offering the sessions for children aged four to nine.
It follows other successful themed workshops, including one which took Aladdin as its cue.
Daily activities will include singing, dancing and acting out the Disney fairytale.
There will be fun with crafts and the week will culminate in a short performance for friends and family.
Tu Danse principal Anita Winter said: “This will be our fifth year of workshops. From High School Musical to Hairspray, they are always action packed days with lots of fun activities and crafts based on the theme. The highlight of the week tends to be the performance for parents at the end of the week.”
The sessions are held from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4.30pm with a breakfast club arrangement available from 8.30am for working parents.
It is priced at £65 for the week.
