MORE exciting activities and events have been added to the line up at the annual St Botolph Day Festival this weekend (13/14 June). The festival, which is taking place for its third year, will be on Botolph Green, off Oundle Road, this Saturday and Sunday (13/14 June), jam-packed with events for families.

The latest additions to the festival include a chance for visitors to have their cycles security marked by police and King, a heavy horse from France, who will pull cartloads of children around the area.

Second Drove will kick off the event with a live performance after its opening by headteacher of St Botolph's Primary School, Jenny Daniels, at noon.

The small pet show will start at 1pm, followed by the dog show at 2.30pm and the One Eyed Cats will give people the chance to dance the night away in the evening.

More stall space can be made available for any late comers wishing to sell something new.

To book a spot, call Pauline Heron on 07711 336149. A complete programme, entry forms and tickets are available at www.botolphgreen.net.
