NEW additions to this year's Download Festival, Forever Never will play a warm-up show at The Park on Saturday night (6 June).Their style of powerful, yet hugely melodic, metal has seen them making lots of friends in the underground scene over the past year and after recently earning a rave review in Kerrang!, they look primed and ready to turn their undoubted talent into huge success.

Visiting Peterborough as part of their UK tour in preparation for the Donington rock spectacular, they will be supported by the equally promising Allure In Grace and local lads Every Dying Secret.

Doors open at 7pm (first band at 7.30pm) and tickets costing just 5 can be bought either on the door, from www.thepark4music.com or by calling 01733 310383.

Don't forget that The Park's Club Revolution will be invaded by pirates for a special fancy dress Code Red night this evening.

Dressing up is optional, but prizes being will be handed out for the best (or worst) dressed sea-farers.

Entry costs 2 at the door.

This year's Download Festival starts next Friday, with headline acts The Prodigy, Faith No More, Slipknot and Def Leppard.
