Live music: Brays' favourites joining them at Met

PETERBOROUGH band The Brays have invited some of their favourite bands to play at tonight's (19 June) Met Lounge gig.

PETERBOROUGH band The Brays have invited some of their favourite bands to play at tonight's (19 June) Met Lounge gig.Hot on the heels of their fantastic show at London's Indigo2 Arena, the popular five-piece are topping a four-act bill this evening.

Guitarist Matt Seddon said: "Joining us are FranKo, Jakobi and Shane Poole. It will be fantastic night and could even be another sell-out again."

FranKoare a young four piece band from South London. Lead singer Tommy Bastow was also in the film Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging.

Opening the night is Shane Poole, who played with the band at last year's Cresset show, and also won this year's Solstice battle of the bands competition.

Tickets cost 6 at the door, from 8pm.

Also playing at the Met Lounge this week are Me My Head on Wednesday and The Casino Brawl on Thursday.
