Music and a bargain

A couple of familiar faces for you today, albeit from quite a few years back.

So who recognises the busker who I photographed with his family in the Westgate Arcade in, I think, the late seventies?

Not a million miles away in the city centre – just outside the arcade in Westgate - I photographed the gent with his Sheltons advertising board.

He was a regular sight around 1980 when this picture was taken.

You can just see the Darcy jewellers clock in the back ground which is still there today.

And look at his board - fur jackets from £39.99! They had some bargains back then didn’t they?
