ALTERNATIVE Peterboroguh band Opaque played a storming set to create a fitting end to live music at the Glass Onion.Although the popular arts centre, in Burghley Road, Peterborough, is to remain open for the occasional spoken word event – it was the last live music gig.

And Opaque, who were also launching new album Break The Circle, rattled through a set of songs which had everyone bouncing along.

Support on the night came from the Richard Hall Band and Siren.

If you missed Opaque's set, then pencil a note in the diary for July 9, when they play the Solstice, in Northminster, Peterborough.
