AFTER being treated like a pop star with an airport greeting from the Prime Minister, it would be understandable if Olympic star Louis Smith still had his head in the clouds today.
Far from it, the lad from Eye who did himself, his family, and his country proud by securing that bronze medal in gymnastics, already has his feet firmly on the ground.

ape to help him on his way, Louis is just looking forward to sharing a caravan in Great Yarmouth with his mates.
But what a home coming. Never mind all the glitz and the glamour to welcome Team GB in London, Louis must have understood for the first time just how much his success meant to his friends and neighbours when the villagers in Eye put up the bunting and toasted his return.
Typical of caring Louis, before going to bask in the celebration at the Blue Boar pub, he first nipped home to see his family and to give his number one fan, his 86-year-old grandmother Dilys, a great big hug. It was a very human moment that says a lot about this talented and hard-working young man who is surely destined for even greater things in London in 2012.
