SAWTRY Colts are launching their own football development squad for girls next season.
Girls aged between five and seven are eligible for the squad which will train on a weekly basis, starting on 28 August, for 30 weeks.
Every girl will then be individually assessed after each 10-week segment to give them an indication of how they are progressing.
Every girl will get a medal and certificate after each segment has been completed.
Upon completion of the development schedule the girls will be given the opportunity to join the Sawtry's Under 10 team. Only 12 places are available in the squad.
