The resounding success catapulted the city side into third place in the Eastern Region Premier Divisi
on.

The Ladies now turn their attention to advancing in the Womens FA Cup when hosting Hethersett Athletic at Alconbury FC on Sunday (2pm kick-off).

PETERBOROUGH Diamonds' first-ever senior team made it back-to-back wins at the start of their debut season.

Whittlesey were on the receiving end of a 4-0 defeat in the Fenland Ladies League as the city aces continued to shine.

Diamonds: A. Arnold, C. Watts, S. Garwell, J. Worth, A. Webster, H. Ford, B. Login, D. Croucher, C. Lovesey, T. Slater, F. Howe, E. Stebbing.

IT took a strong half-time team-talk to get Deeping Diamonds Under 12s going in their latest Fenland League outing.

The Deeping girls ran out 4-0 winners against Hungate in Division One with all the goals arriving in the second period.

Kerry Chawko bagged a brace with Yasmin Green and Amie Ford also finding the net. Green earned the player-of-the-match accolade after also popping up with a timely tackle at the other end to preserve Deeping's clean sheet.
