Loughborough Foxes dish out drubbing for Peterborough Azure

THE young Peterborough Azure side were shown no sympathy by experienced Loughborough Foxes in the East Midlands Premier Division.
The Leicestershire outfit dished out a 9-0 drubbing to Alan Syms' charges who were then unlucky to go down to Corby 4-3 in a midweek meeting.
The city women slipped to another defeat despite a cracking hat-trick from striker Jess Evans.
Boss Syms said: "The contrast between the two games could not be greater. On Sunday we couldn't string two passes together yet on Tuesday we played some superb football.
"But there is no room for sentiment in this league and we have got to buckle down and toughen up our approach."
