Another trophy for City Ladies hockey team

CITY of Peterborough Ladies have already won two trophies.
They won their own Ida Hassell tournament at Bretton Gate over the weekend to add to the seven-a-side Carter Cup they claimed at Bourne the previous weekend.
City beat Bourne 3-1 with goals from Jess Jacobs, Michelle Collins and Claire Pateman, beat St Ives 2-1 with Megan Sharpe and Jacobs on target, and drew 1-1 with runners-up Wisbech thanks to a Michelle Collins goal.
City beat hosts Bourne on penalty flicks in the final of the Carter Cup.
The winning squad was - Bec Howitt, Claire Pateman, Nikki Harris, Lauren Finding, Sarah Williams, Lisa Cave, Claire Bowtell, Sophie Jeal and Lou Wright.
